What is the return policy?

We never want a buyer to keep something they really do not want or like so our return policy is simple:

Contact us within 10 days at info@mullicamint.com to let us know you would like to return your purchase and be sure to include your order number. Send the item you received back to us within 30 days of your purchase to the following address:

You should send the item with a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery process. We will issue a refund within 24-hours unless the items is delivered to us on a Saturday or legal holiday. In this case refunds will be issued the next business day. We do not need a reason but ask that you simply return what was shipped to you.
 

What are the shipping options?

Everything we offer comes with FREE SHIPPING in the United States, which in most cases is 1st class mail with tracking. If there is a need for quicker delivery we offer expedited service as well as next-day delivery. These two services are at the buyer's expense and only offered if there is an available 3rd party delivery service available.

Do you ship Internationally?

We will but please contact us at info@mullicamint.com or +1 856-535-7880 before placing your order. You will be charged actual shipping charges.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Email us at info@mullicamint.com and we will contact you. Please provide your order number and contact information and one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) will contact you during normal business hours. Prior to contacting you the CSR will try to resolve any delivery issue.

When will I receive my order?

We ship within 24-hours of cleared payment Monday through Friday. If you placed an order on a weekend we will do our best to ship that order by the following Monday.

How do I make sure that the coins are authentic?

With so many counterfeit coins coming into the market from China we take great caution to never sell anything that is even remotely questionable. We guarantee the authenticity of each and every item we sell and stand behind that guarantee with a money-back guarantee.

How can I learn more about the items you are selling.

We have great CSR people and believe communication is at the heart of every successful transaction. Our CSRs are educated and fully equipped to answer almost all questions. If our CSR does not have the answer they will tell you and then ask for a little time to get the answer for you.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

If the order has already been processed and shipped the answer is NO. If the order is awaiting processing and shipment the answer is an emphatic YES. Just contact one of our CSRs who will gladly assist you. We provide state of the art customer service because we firmly believe that without you there is no us.

Can I sell my stuff to you?

Absolutely. We maintain an active buy-list and purchase coin and coin-related items every day. We would be happy to work with you. Whether you simply want to sell silver, graded coins or commemoratives we would love to have the opportunity to work with you.
